We are dedicated to ensuring you are 100% happy with your product.

All Returns & Exchanges are completed on a case-by-case basis. Please promptly notify us at post@thesingingant.com.

Upon receiving your Singing Ant play mat please inspect the unopened shrink- wrapped product to ensure that it meets your expectations. 

In general, the product must meet the following characteristics to be returned or exchanged:

> Be in its original packaging, unopened.

> Be in the condition you received it

> Be returned within 30 days of the original shipment

Should you receive damaged items upon receipt of your package you should refuse receipt of the shipment. 

Should you feel that you have received damaged or defective goods (unrelated to in-transit damages mentioned above), please contact us at post@thesingingant including pictures of the damaged or defective product within 5 calendar days of receipt of your goods. We will gladly rectify any damaged or defective products as quickly as possible.

Once your Exchange or Return is approved, we will provide you further guidelines via email including instructions for shipping and an appropriate return address.

Shipping Fees, Refunds, & Refusal of Refund

Shipping costs incurred on returned products are at the expense of the buyer. Please ensure that you maintain tracking information on your return shipment as The Singing Ant will not be responsible for any undeliverable packages or missing returns.

Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment or a gift card.  We will reimburse all payments received by The Singing Ant (less the cost of the original delivery fees) within 14 days after being informed of your return. There will be no additional costs or restocking fees for the returned items.

If a returned item does not follow our return guidelines or arrives in a state in which we cannot resell the item, we reserve the right to not offer a full refund. Examples include, damaged or opened original packaging, missing tote bag, used or soiled products. 

Lost or Non-received Items

Please take care in ensuring the secure shipment of returns and exchanges. The Singing Ant cannot be held responsible for lost or non-received exchanges or returns. In the case, we did not receive an item or an item is lost in transit we cannot offer a refund. Therefore, we recommend ensure all return shipments are trackable and insured.
