Shipping & Delivery
Thank you for your order with The Singing Ant. We offer the following shipping conditions:
Zone 1: Domestic Plus
Free Shipping for Germany and selected Countries— Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Hungary, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, and Poland
Zone 2: International
For orders 100.00 Euro or greater, we offer free shipping.
For orders 100.00 Euro or below we charge a flat rate shipping fee of 15 Euro.
Zone 3: US & Canada
We offer US and Canada shipping based on our carriers rate of 65 Euro.
Should you have any questions regarding shipping to your preferred country, please let us know and we can provide you with a customized shipping rate.
For Zone 1: Domestic Plus we use DPD as our standard carrier.
For all other Zones we will use DHL premium service.
All tracking information will be sent in a separate email at the date of shipment.
Shipping & Delivery Times:
Most of our products are stocked with us and are packed within 48 hrs after ordering (Mon-Fri) and delivered within 2-3 days for domestic orders. For International orders, please expect that the delivery will depend on customs clearance in your particular country. Our estimated delivery times above do not account for any potential delays due to Brexit and/or COVID-19 conditions.
You will be notified via email in advance of any unexpected delays in your order processing time.
Any applicable customs charges, import duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer.
If the customer refuses to accept delivery due to customs charges, shipping costs will not be refunded and any charges will be deducted from your refund.
If buyer inputs incorrect shipping address that causes item to be returned to me, buyer is responsible for covering cost of shipping to be sent out again to the correct address.
Disputes in Successful Deliveries:
Due to current Corona conditions, many shipping providers are requiring contactless delivery. If you have given permission for the parcel to be left without your signature, The Singing Ant cannot be responsible for reimbursement of the product cost. We can certainly raise a dispute with our carriers on your behalf, however, The Singing Ant will not reissue any orders or product reimbursement until the dispute has been settled or the original order has been returned to us.
