Finding motivation to work out doesn't always come easy, let alone when you have to take care of the kids and run everything else in your life. To make it more easy for moms to fit exercise in their schedule, we created three simple workout sheets. Of which one a Mommy & Me Workout, you can do with your child, a Stroller Workout you can do outside with your child in the stroller and a Fast Workout, whenever you can find 15 minutes for yourself.
Our play mats are actually perfect to use for any workout - of course if your little one isn't using it.
